Sweet 'n' Spicy Marinade Recipe
Original sweet and spicy marinade recipe. I made this up with my own two braincells.
You will need:
✓ 1 tsp red chili powder
✓ ½ tsp white pepper
✓ ⅛ tsp black pepper
✓ 1 tbsp honey
✓ 1½ tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Measure all of the ingredients
2. Mix everything together! Dry ingredients first, then wet. Mix until it is goopy and sticks together in a wet clump, yet falls off the spoon easily. Should look like a ribbon when falling off the spoon.
3. Choose your fish! I recommend tuna or red snapper. Any fish will do~ Remember to defrost the fish overnight if not thawed already.
5. Place fish scale side down on tinfoil or silpat lined baking sheet. Coat top with the marinade and cook at recommended temperature for the type of fish.
6. Halfway through the cooking time, remove the fish and coat with a second layer of marinade. Then place the fish back in oven and bake the rest of the way.
You did it! You can make a delicious sweet 'n' spicy fish meal!
