Audio Sigils utilize the idea behind a common drawn sigil and mix this methodology with the basics of musical composition to make an effective and pleasing sounding audio clip. Ideally, the sound of the sigil compliments and corresponds to it's purpose. The image to the left depicts the method I use to translate letters, spaces, and 2 types of punctuation into notes that can be utilized in audio/musical format.
Transcribed from my physical spellbook:
The first type of audio sigil I made was one to remove curses. Well, technically, it was to "break" curses. But I felt this wording was too harsh, and perhaps could be misconstrued. So I made the intent more obvious in this second attempt at a curse destroying sigil.
The Focus audio sigil was originally made with the intent to help my friend with ADHD focus while unmedicated.
We want the vibe of the song to match it's purpose. This is crucial, and I feel the Focus sigil slightly misses the bar. With some minor adjustments, it will sound exactly as it feels to focus.
The sigil is meant to embody the energy of feeling gorgeous. I feel like the choice of instrument really captures the essence of the word.
This one was created with the intention to help one make improvements on their art. It has a video game vibe, which makes sense since the intent is to 'level up' in artistic prowess. This one sounded better just using each letter as a note. I did create an alternative with the phonics chord method, but I don't like it as much. I'll share it below anyway, just for reference.
